Not having access to the mail room created most challenges for me. Recruiting for offices around the country sometimes requires paper copies of applications, resumes, and other interview documents to be shipped in their form and not scanned. Facebook and twitter are two big sources of distraction and unless the company blocks these sites, it really doesn't matter if you're at home or in the office.
