Dating, Sports & The Best Titled Post Ever
So I don’t normally post on Friday’s because lets face it, after lunch most of you are making plans for the weekend, uploading new Facebook pictures, talking to friends on gchat, and reading Fail Blog or Texts from Last Night.
But I wanted to take 200 words and share some of the things I’ve been working on elsewhere:
Jenny Blake was kind enough to let me write about a topic I don’t ordinarily write about, especially not on RSM. It’s been received pretty well, and there’s a solid discussion taking place so go check out “The #1 Theory to Enhance Your Dating Life. Who knows? You might even want to field test it.
Marie McKinney-Oates wrote quite possibly the best titled post I’ve ever encountered. But in all seriousness it’s an interesting read with a hilarious anecdote worth checking out.
Update: Susan Walsh also extracted parts of the post for her audience at Hooking Up Smart. She supplemented the post nicely with her own commentary including excellent parallels to sports psychology and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Well worth a read.
I haven’t shared any sports related posts on here in quite some time, but I know some of you that frequent here (all 5 of you) are interested in the intersection of sports and social media. If you fall under that category make sure you check out my blog posts for Lewis Howes’ Sports Networker.
Finally, if you haven’t voted for your Top Gen Y Blogs for October, you have until Monday the 28th.
Check out the ballot and shoot me an e-mail with your picks.

September 26th, 2009 at 3:49 pmSome additional proof of your theory. MIT professors found Males, if they are to find mates, must demonstrate their desirability. The lead researcher said “If you’re a guy, saying someone is your girlfriend makes you more desirable to women.”
