		<description>So what kind of content should a &quot;Gen Y&quot; blog have (in order to make it relevant to your list)? Are we talking about Gen Y perspective (on various topics), career navigation or just that the prospective authors be Gen Yers? Maybe it doesn&#039;t matter. 
As you&#039;ve mentioned in #3, the list is for your readers - so perhaps this is more about them rounding out their blog reading content? Perhaps the list is more representative of what types of blogs your readers based on the types of topics they&#039;re already attracted to. 
Also, I think the types of blogs matters just as much. Saying the Top 10 blog is kind of a broad generalization. I&#039;m sure there are blogs written by Gen Ys that can be further catgorized by lifestyle,career or whatever. But, perhaps that&#039;s getting beyond the scope of your contest...</description>
