The following is a guest video from Patrick Johnson. I wanted to include Patrick in the #EduReform mix because as a current student I feel he brings a unique perspective to the table. I first met Patrick at #SXSW, and found his passion and enthusiasm contagious. He’s funded a handful of trips on a college kid’s budget in order to learn and meet a wide array of people. Perhaps most interestingly, Patrick was kicked out of both middle school and high school, only to end up near the top of his class both times.
Patrick Johnson (@PatrickBJohnson), 22, is a senior at the University of South Florida. He is currently studying public relations with a personal focus in digital media. He hopes of traveling to New York City to pursue is professional aspiration after graduation.
