Both of them involve listening, but one involves a significantly better approach to not only listening, but connecting. My interview with Jeff Widman (Monday 22nd) will showcase a very relational approach. Others prefer a contractual approach. That doesn’t have to mean on the surface, getting as many business cards as you can, but often times it happens that way.</description>
