Today’s Youth and 2010 Predictions
This is my first blogging contribution to Key 2 Sports: “Are we Setting Today’s Youth up to Fail?”
Many of you all reading this are members of Generation Y so I’d love for you to check out the post and see if it’s an accurate description of the effect our current “everyone wins” society has on today’s youth. Please weigh in with your own thoughts and commentary.
Also, I was delighted to be included in Jason Peck’s Sports & Social Media 2010 Predictions Ebook, along with a number of other people I have a lot of respect for. If you’re interested in how social media will impact sports in 2010 I’d love to hear your thoughts on my predictions, but more importantly read all those other smart people because they’ll be the ones making an impact during the next year.

Thanks for contributing your thoughts to the project. I agree pretty much with your top 3 points. Brands must put strategies behind their social efforts, integrate with mobile and learn to measure.
